Withdrawal information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Roman Levitas, Hörgensweg 53, 22523 Hamburg, email: roman@romanlevitas.com, phone: 0175 6232435) by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay me an appropriate amount for the services already provided.

The right of withdrawal expires for a service contract if the service has been fully performed and performance began only after your express consent and your confirmation that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may use the model withdrawal form. Its use is not required.
