The website is provided through Lovable. Lovable processes technical access data and the server-side transmission of the contact form on my behalf. Contract conclusions, contract management, withdrawals and cancellations are not handled via the website or its database.

Fonts, images, icons and scripts are delivered by the website itself. No external analytics, advertising or tracking services are loaded.

If you contact me by email, contact form, telephone, WhatsApp or messenger, I process the details you provide to handle your request. This may include your name, email address, telephone or mobile number, information about your dance partner, level, support request and voluntary message content.

The details from the contact form are transmitted encrypted to the server of this website and immediately sent as an email to my mailbox. The form details are not stored in the database of this website.

This website is used exclusively for information and contact. A paid contract cannot be concluded via the website. Individual agreements are made outside the website.

Contract and client data are not stored in the database of this website. They are processed outside the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where statutory obligations exist, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The website does not send automatic contract confirmations, renewal confirmations, cancellation confirmations or withdrawal confirmations.

WhatsApp and social media profiles are included as simple links. If you use these services, you leave this website; the respective providers process data on their own responsibility. No plugins or widgets of these services are embedded.

No payments are processed through this website. Payments are made outside the website depending on the individual agreement by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. When paying via PayPal, PayPal processes payment data on its own responsibility.

No cookies are set for the public pages. The selected language version may be stored in local storage under “roman-language”. Analytics, tracking, advertising and tracking pixels are not used.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook are included only as simple links. No data is transmitted to these services when the website loads.

Recipients may be Lovable for hosting and form transmission, my email provider, WhatsApp if the WhatsApp link is used, PayPal if payment is made via PayPal, and tax advisers, authorities or courts where legal obligations apply.

Where data is transferred to recipients outside the EU or EEA, this takes place only under the statutory requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Processing in third countries cannot be excluded for Lovable, WhatsApp and PayPal; details can be found in the respective privacy information.

Requests are deleted from my email mailbox once completed and no retention obligations or legitimate reasons oppose deletion. Contract and billing documents outside the website are retained in accordance with the applicable statutory periods.
